Adjusting to new low fiber diet

Last Wednesday the gastroenterologist put me on a low fiber diet to manage slow gastric emptying. 
 
Less than 10 gr fiber daily 
6 small meals per day 
Drink water throughout my meals to speed gastric emptying 
Avoid red meat 
 
My reflux is improved, and constipation is better (seems like it would be opposite) and I'm not feeling constantly "stuck".

Is it just my ipad, or has this message become totally corrupted??? Appears to be full of inline formatting instructions.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

no, not just you! it's totally corrupted!

Lost 271lbs with my LapBand in 22 months! My Band malfunctioned and I gained almost 42lbs and then revised to the Sleeve 9/24/12! I lost another 140 lbs with my Sleeve! Loved the LapBand and Lovin' The Sleeve!

Kate, it's just another example of OH's glitches with iPad posting. The first time I posted, only one line showed up, tried to edit, no luck, only one line again. Wrote it out in another app and copied and pasted it...that's what I got...I gave up. It's truly hit or miss...
Just like the fact that on my profile, the upload photos function is disabled.
