What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?
Hello,
Had an ok day yesterday. Ate more nuts then planned. I was hungry all day for some reason. Took a day off from working out but will go this morning for sure.
B- Fiber one and yogurt
S- Protein shake
L- Tuna on a sandwich thin and carrots
S- Bananna and cheese
D- eggs, turkey bacon and asperagus
S- 1/4c nuts
