Seven yes 7 years out....
Just realized this morning that I was 7 years out from lap band surgery on Wednesday the 16th. It has not all been fun and games and if I were to get some type of weight loss surgery today it probably would not be the band but I can't complain the band has helped me lose the weight and for the most part keep it off. I did get to a low of 120 but stayed there for about a minute....but I am at least NO where the weight I was when I started this journey, so yes I am happy and glad I had the lap band, not sure I would still be here today if I had not had this surgery so for another year I will rejoice that I am still alive and active. Good luck to everyone on their own journey of weight loss. Here is my famous before and one taken just recently.
Happy Bandiversary DebbieJean you look Fantastic

You look fantastic DebbieJean. Glad you are doing so well. I know we always seem to like the "skinniest versions of ourselves" but can I say that you look even more amazing with a bit of meat on you.
I was whining to my best guy friend yesterday about how I felt so "fluffy" and bad because I was STILL a size 12 - WTH!!! That ain't half bad and I feel damned good as long as I am not hormonal like yesterday & somewhat today.
Well done hun! Congrats
Best,
Layla
