What are you eating today (Wednesday) or yesterday?

I have to work today. I don't think we'll have much customer traffic (they'll all be grocery shopping at the Wal-Mart super center), but we'll be getting everything set up for the Black Friday event, so hopefully the day will go by quickly.

My food plan for today:
B: protein latte
S: bread "pudding" (whole grain bread, blueberries, milk & eggbeaters)
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover Thai chicken soup (which turned out awesome)
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: swordfish (marinated in lemon & herbs), savory cottage cheese pancake, kale w/ sesame
S: almond, craisin & sesame snack mix

Today's exercise class is Fit & Firm. Then the fitness studio is closed until Monday the 26th.

I will be shopping and cooking today for stuff I am to take to our daughter's tomorrow. Plus I will be hauling and toting tables and chairs. I had my 3 month checkup with my surgeon and he is pleased with everything so far. I have been able to up my calories to 900-1000 this week so that is good.

B. cranberry/pumpkin muffin

S. protein oatmeal cookie. 15g. protein They are just ok but I won't buy them again.

L. More power soup

S. Shake and another muffin

D. veggie lasagna

S. caramel brownie protein bar

My carbs are very high today but they are all super good ones.

Exercise: Some floor exercise, some with my exercise bands, walking with the dog.

We had very dense fog this morning so my trip to the surgeons and back was a little nerve racking.
