You'll like this story. This will be my 4th holiday season at JCP, and in that time, I've heard countless customers complain when they see Christmas trees and wreaths in the store in November. But yesterday, a woman whined, "The store doesn't look very Christmassy. Aren't you going to decorate it this year?"

I swear to God, for a few weeks now, we've had big (maybe 3' across) holiday "ornaments" with twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling at intervals of about 6' everywhere in the store. Many babies and children have found them enchanting, but apparently this customer wasn't impressed. Or didn't even notice them. You just can't please some people!
