Well, it's mid week and I'm still not in the time-change groove. Woke up at 4:30 this morning, with my alarm set for 5:30.

I work a day shift at JCP today and hope we have lots of ladies looking for Cuddl Duds long underwear.

Today's food plan:

B: protein latte
S: oatmeal w/ peanut butter & vanilla protein powder
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ cinnamon snack crisps
L: leftover chicken w/ artichokes & sugar snap peas
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: chicken sausage, kale salad w/ molasses vinaigrette
S: coconut blueberry breakfast cookie

The cinnamon crisp thingies are an Extend diabetic product. Supposed to keep blood sugar at an even level for up to 9 hours. I can't wait to see how they work for a diabolic body like mine.

This morning's exercise class is Fit & Firm (butts & guts).

Have a lovely day!

Jean

I love English muffins, but once they're burnt, they're inedible (to me, anyway). Very crisp, though.

I had a fill a week ago Monday and 5  days after I got the flu. This one has really hung on. I am trying to be careful so I don't have to have my fill taken out. It was the first one in months.

You are doing AWESOME, sticking to your plan even while on vacation and surrounded by temptation. And also having fun!
