What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?

Good morning. I started my morning off the wrong way, by eating an entire 5.3 oz container of Greek yogurt. Now I feel nauseated. I think where I went wrong was that I ate it right out of the container. Usually I spoon half the yogurt into a small bowl and put the rest of the yogurt back in the fridge. I don't miss the rest of the yogurt if I can't see it, but when I can see it, I eat it. Live and learn.

I have today off, which is a good thing, because JCP was hopping last night, and it seemed like every other customer had brought a gang of heathen children.

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: the evil yogurt
S: probably nothing since the thought of food disgusts me right now
L: Ugh (see above). Maybe some Unjury chicken soup flavor broth.
S: Double ugh. I'm really struggling with this plan.
D: meatloaf, Brussels sprouts, home fries (for my husband)
S: maybe some Extend Crisps - a fiber/protein snack marketed to diabetics, containing uncooked cornstarch which is a
carb that's released into the body very slowly, so it should help even out my blood sugar

No exercise today. After chasing and cleaning up after heathens last night, I deserve a rest. Can anybody tell me why small children lick the mirrors in department stores? When I first started working at JCP, a supervisor told me why it's important to keep the mirrors clean. I didn't believe her when she told me about the kids licking the mirrors, until I saw them do it with my very own eyes. And no, they're not just kissing the mirrors. Or they're tongue-kissing them.

Poor Jean, I know the feeling of eating too much then feeling like heck. I do it to myself way too often. Sometimes I just get the icky feeling and sometimes it comes back up, suddenly. I still have to remind myself that I cannot eat the quantities I could with the band. A whole greek yogurt was fine then but not now if I want to avoid feeling rotten.

B. evil protein ball

L. protein chicken boullion with 1/3 cup non fat dry milk (tastes like chicken soup and has 23 grams of protein)

S. shake

D. left over lasagna

S. protein ball or 2 graham crackers

Highest weight: 212.8 Current weight 135 Lost 77.8 pounds

I haven't regurgitated anything, but I've sure felt like that was imminent a few times. Overeating with my band was unpleasant, but didn't trigger nausea the way my sleeve does. It's a whole new world. I can't say that I miss stuck episodes, though.

You're calling the protein balls evil because it's too easy to pig out on them? Just imagine how you'd feel if they were chocolate truffles. devil
