What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?

Good morning!

I'm a little irritated right now because my weight jumped up 1 lb since yesterday. I know that's probably because of fluid retention, but it still p's me off. The highest sodium-laden food I ate yesterday was 1/2 of a Morningstar Farms black bean burger (350 mg sodium per burger). I'm thinking that maybe I didn't drink enough water yesterday. I got very thirsty doing a major merchandise reorganization at work but didn't stop to sneak out to the break room for water because I had a 5:00 pm deadline to meet. Got the job done but didn't take care of myself. Live and learn.

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ blueberries & walnuts
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: black bean burger, tomato, avocado
S: trail mix
S: cashews
D: baked crab Rangoon (p. 161 of Bandwagon Cookery), roasted chickpeas (p. 151 of BW Cookery)
S: peanut butter banana bar

This morning's exercise class is Cardio Blast.

Don't forget to wear pink today in honor of mammogram awareness day,

Jean

I just ran to change into a pink shirt, thanks.

I know if I am not well hydrated I will pick up a pound or so. It is so easy to neglect ourselves. It is harder to get my fluids in when the weather is cold and crummy because I don't get as thirsty. If I dare to take a nap or sleep in a while I get way behind.

B. Protein oatmeal from surgeons store
