What Are We Eating Today !!

I figured since Mari is doing a challenge and there is alot of people doing it we need a place also to help stay on track with food and give each other advice and help .

If I dont get it started one day please feel free to start one up .  I really do enjoy this thread because I really dont want to come in here and say I ate a bag candy lol. Helps me stay on track also and gives me food ideas.

So here we go .

Breakfast  2 eggs scrambled with 2 oz of turkey sausage mixed in

Snack    small apple

Lunch    4.2 oz of Turkey Roast made by Perdue and have to say this is actually very good .  1/2 cup of green beans

Snack   container of Greek yogurt  Chobani pineapple flavored.

Dinner   4.5 oz of grilled chicken with melted cheese , green peppers, onions on top and a side salad with Ranch dressing .


Water is all done for the day

Exercise is none today knee is hurting after Zumba last night. :o(

Yes I need to post what I eat everyday during this challange!
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4c lf granola (breakfast yogurt flavored with Banana cream sf pudding)
L- 1c chili with 1/2 whole grain english muffin 1ts lt marg.
snack-  1 kashi granola bar
D- 1c chili with 2 mini ww pizza's ( not sure I can eat them but will try)
s - 1c nonfat yogurt flavored with sf. chocolate pudding (won't do that again not tasty)

water, decaf coffee, mio peach tea thru the day
excercise 1 1/2 miles on treadmill- did 3.2 miles yesterday hurt a little lol

Back from vacation so I am ready to get back to this too!

B: 1/2 scrambled egg, turkey sausage, 1/2 harvest nut pancake plain

L: cup of veg soup and 1/4 c chicken salad, 1/4 slice provolone

S: 2 peanut butter cheese crackers before the pool

D: 1/4 c chicken, 1/4 c black beans, 1/4 c broccoli and sf pickle

S: prune

Vitamins
45 min water aerobics

LOL Mari,

I just love my Zumba I think it has more to do with the teacher though. He is so much fun and just makes the exercise fun .   I was thinking of getting the Zumba DVD's but with my track record of trying to do exercises at home , I'm just not sure if I would do it even though I love Zumba.
