What are we eating, today??With pic's!!
It's a little early, but going someplace. Here are a couple of pic's.from Friday night. The heart attack grill is right by the zip line. It was a fun touristy thing to do with my sister. You have to wear a hospital gown and bracelet. The servers are nurses and Dr's. I did eat 1/3 of the burger and a couple of the god awful fries, 1/3 of the choc shake. It comes with a pat of butter on it.
Of course I got stuck and "payed" for it for a couple of hours. I am wearing the white shorts on the zip line.
B: cereal, S: strawberries, L: hot dog no bun, D: cheese lasagna and spinach salad. No exercise What about you??

L 5 crackers with mozzarella cheese and pesto
D 1 BBQ rib, Baked beans 1/4 cup, 1 slice garlic cheese bread
2 Coffee w/sugar free coffee creamer
3 ice teas

WOW -- even 'back in the day' I don't think that I could consume a milkshake with butter on it (I would scoop that off and scarf down the shake)!!!!!
B === Slim Fast/Coffee shake
L === Tuna mixed with about 2T home-made guacamole (new recipe I got from Pinterest -- it was yummo --- instead of mayo, use mashed avocado)
D === pot roast (about 3 ounces) casserole made with low-fat cream of mushroom and dry ranch dressing and hash browns (the potatoes got really mushy -- but the meat was good

Vitamins -- yes
Exercise -- NO --- I have been feeling a little feverish all weekend, think I am fighting a bug, so I took it easy
