Seroma

 I developed seroma at the port area (had BOB on 2/6). This is so annoying. The surgeon states it has to drain within.....

Anyone else experience this after surgery?? How did you cope??

It is very annoying because depending how I am sitting or bending I can feel the port touch my rib!

I got one after gall bladder removal but it was right under my belly button and when it drained it came out of my belly button all down my PJs! Freaked me out to no end, thought my insides were leaking out! Called my primary doc (he's closer) who took me right in, of course by then it was pretty much done. He cauterized it and sent me on home but dang that was the weirdest thing!!! You should be more comfortable once all the swelling goes down especially internally.
