Wednesday: Was very hungry today....went over calories but stayed in carb range

B: Oh yeah protein shake

S: 1 Deviled egg

L: Atkins dark chocolate shake

S: Pistachios, 1/2 cup blueberries

D: Salmon, California veggie mix, sugar free pudding

S: Cheese crisps, peanut butter

1220 calories, 49 gr carbs, 108 gr protein,13 gr fiber,
