I made the cauliflower and zucchini chips from this site before, they were pretty good but didn't get as crisp as I would have liked. I would recommend baking them a little bit longer than the recipe calls for and also use parchment paper otherwise it will stick to the pan. I had to throw a whole batch away because I used a baking sheet with just non-stick spray thinking that would be good enough.

Edit to add: I just remembered there is another recipe out there that is quicker and a bit easier than the oopsie roll called the floopsie roll..I have also read people using mayo instead of cream cheese to lower the carb count. I'm planning on using mayo next time I try to make these.
The oopsi rolls were not bad. They get a little soggie when you add hot food to them But I will definatly eat them again. I made the breakfast sandwich for dinner. with egg, turkey sausage, and cheese. I will keep trying the different receipes.
