The time thing on OH is crazy, not sure if this is for the 7th or for the 8th.....Mari, maybe you can put the day of the week after the what are we eating title like Tuesday's or Wednesday....

Wednesday:

B: Oh Yeah Protein shakes

S: Apple

L: Atkins shake

S: blueberries and pistachios (if still hungry)

D: Weigh****chers Sante Fe Chicken (one of the only gluten free ones)

S: Kay's naturals sweet BBQ mix

Calories 1030 Protein 95 g Carbs 67 g  Fiber 26 g

Good idea, I will. Hows the C25K, going?? You must be a running machine! (I never made it past week 3 )

Thanks..... I am on week 4 and dying......I am doing it but had to decrease my speed....I don't like having to watch the time though makes it go by slower.......not a fan of it but it has gotten me back into the gym and the groin seems to be holding LOL........

Once again thanks for doing this..........you are the best!!!!
