What are we eating, today??

B: 1/2 protein shake with blueberries and strawberries mixed in, 1/2 boiled egg
S: cottage cheese with avocado and salsa
L: (I ate lunch really late, like 5:OO pm) squash, tomato and meatballs, 2 oz of panko chicken
S: my son made some homemade juice, apple/ tangerine/kiwi it was delish I had 5 oz
D: 5 oz of cereal (some times I just have to have me the crunch and taste) corn chex, plum and string cheese.
water 3 bottles
vitamins
exercise
How about you?

Mari what time zone are you in? It seems like these come in at the most random times  The times on the actual posts throw me off sometimes too since is 3 hours behind my time.

B: CarbMaster yogurt
S: Pepperoni slice and cheese
L: 3 oz hamburger and 1/2 cup green beans
S: Protein Shake
D: Peanuts, cheese, pepperoni slices..kinda snacked around which is bad
64 oz of water..trying to reach 80 oz before bed

I'm Pacific time. I will try and post the same time, every day. Some days are busy and I don't get to it until late. I will try to post between 5:00-6:00 pm.

*Not very interesting today, since it was thick liquids to mushies for me*

Early:       coffee/creamer
Breakfast:  protein shake
lunch:       chai tea with vanilla protein powder
      Zumba
snack:      applesauce mixed with cottage cheese
dinner:     creamy wild rice soup with a few pinches of beer bread crust (delish)
snack:      decaf with creamer (and maybe a pinch or 2 of beer bread crust)


*And tomorrow...mushies to soft and/or regular food as tolerated*

elliptical 1 hour, WAY TO GO!! I don't think I've ever done more than 20 minutes on mine. LOL

Not sure if you posted the hot choc on another post, but after reading it I HAD TO HAVE SOME, LOL (I almost used regular and not S/F, but "caught" myself and did the right thing)
