There is a God, Crystal Lite Grape Flavor (Walmart Brand)

I have always had an addiction to "Kool Aid" growing up, I think this contributed to me gaining up to over 300 pounds, I just loved sweet kool aid...lol, I have always loved veggies and eating right, my problem was not Burger King and fries..it was sweet Kool aid...

So...while shopping at one of those WalMart super centers, I noticed they had some cheaper brands of Crystal lite, (Great Value) and they had Grape flavor so I decided to try it out, and OMG...it is so good and sweet and only 5 calories, since I've had my lap band the regular flavors of Crystal lite gave me heartburn due to the acidy content flavors...but the Grape flavor does not give me heartburn and I am drinking this now every hour...and it has taken that urge I had to snack on junk.

Just wanted to share my new found friend and hopefully yummy weight loss friend.

I like the Great Value Cherry Limeade.

 That Walmart Grape crystal lite is FABULOUS! I buy it by the case :)

I love the Fruit Punch flavor.  I've been drinking a gallon of this a day since my surgery, although sometimes I worry about all the artificial sweetner.  The stick packs are covenient too for bottled water,

I just bought the walmart brand liquid drops (like the MIO brand)...i haven't tried them yet...0 calories....has anyone tried this stuff yet...i bought the grape, strawberry/watermelon, and orange...

My favorite is the Target brand Strawberry Lemonade. It is yummy. My granddaughters like it too.
