Not that you can tell in my clothes necessarily but out of them, I am a total mess!  My arms, my stomach, breasts and inner thighs are loose but also still have fat deposits so here I was thinking alright i I can loose this fat in these areas it will just be the skin I am dealing with.  Apparently I was wrong... I expressed my concern to my surgeon about my stomach (as we were looking at it mind you) and he said to me wear spanx because without plastic surgery it's not going anywhere :( ....you may decrease somewhat by losing more weight but it's going to continue to go south and both fat and skin would have to be removed!!!

This is most likely the case for me because I have gained and lost large amounts of weight several times in my life and this time it just wasn't going back and at my weight now I am the lowest I have been in about 18 years but I'm certainly shaped a lot different from the damage that was done.

I would not post those pics publicly of myself, however.  It's difficult for me to look at them and even though I have had success in weightloss and I'm still going,  I hope I can be just as successful having plastics because unfortunately I don't think I will be truly happy if I can't get some of this fixed in the end.  It effects my life everyday having to wear clothes bigger in the arms because I have to fit the skin and the same for pants so I can wear them high enough to conceal what's loose.
