UGI questions
Well it only took 10 minutes. LOL I had to take off my bra and pants (I guess for metal, reasons) put on the hospital gown, stood behind the xray machine, told to take a sip of the chalky stuff, then they gave me the "fizzy" stuff, it was about a TBSP of crystals and then swallow some water with it, fast. Then I had to drink the rest of the chalky stuff (it was about the size of a water bottle). They then moved the xray table to a tilt, then all the way horizontal. Lay on left side, lay on right side, lay on stomach and drink some more chalky stuff through a straw, just about 4 oz, then back onto my back. Then it was over. I asked for the xrays and they told me I had to wait a day or two, an after thought, they may have thought I wanted the xrays and exam notes. I should have been more clear. But they said they will fax them to WLS office in the next couple of days. I can also pick them up myself if I want. (I think I will on Monday, I have a regular Dr appt). I really appreciate all of you *****plied. You all helped me a lot. (why don't THEY tell you about the loose white stools, TMI)
