You look fabulous. I am five years out. Had to have some work done on the band in September. I had a leak. Having a hard time getting back on track but your post has inspired me.

Donna, thank you. I have had a little regain also and am trying to get back on track before bathing suit weather...lol. We go fishing a lot in the spring and summer so I have to get ready for all the "fluzies" out on the lake....lol

Thanks for posting Deb!  You look great and are a huge inspiration to me!  You're right about the fact that our addiction doesn't go away just because we have the band.  It's a forever battle but having the band for a tool has made an incredible difference for many of us!

Lisa, you are the one that is amazing. I have looked at your before and after pictures and I just smile because your smile got bigger and bigger with every pound you lost. You were beautiful before but you are absolutely gorgeous now!!!

Debbie, you have done a amazing job, I am going on 4 years and have been away from this forum. I come back when I am struggling looking for advice, maybe that is the reason people think the band doesn't work long term. Please tell me how you make it getting used to not being able to drink before and after eating, I am really struggling with keeping hydrated, and when I do drink after a hour it seems I get to burping like a man, can't help it, lol.

Again, I am very impressed with your story and pictures, didn't get to my goal weight, but I am sure without the band I would be either dead or still morbidly obese!
