 Ashley,

I can totally relate to the sweets craving.  I just quit sugar all together and the cravings have been wicked!  Hubby tells me they will stop soon, but I am not convinced.  LOL!!  Good luck to tou too!  Sounds like you are on the right path.

I am working on getting back to dense protein and away from those horrible slider foods and sweet stuff. I am finding I am quite a bit tighter than I thought I was. So I have had to put my mind to working at the protein first and not giving up and resorting to a slider food. I will call and get an unfill if it doesnt get better. But I truly believe I have just gotten lazy and done what was easy.
i have signed up for aerobic classes starting the 24th.
I also have decided when I get down 10 lbs. I will purchase myself the Kindle Fire I have been eyeing. Ya know sometimes bribary gets us every where. LOL.
Good Luck everyone. We can do this.

I am having a really hard time getting on track after a complete unfill . it has been hard.I have had a couple of fills but am no where close to where I was before the unfill.  I have not gained in a few months but cant get the few pounds I gained eating sliders before the unfill. I am going to buckle down and get back in the game. I have my three year Bandiversary in 8 days. I can't believe it's been three years already.

Congrats on the 7 pounds Toni

Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16

 Jodi,

It is definitely harder when you aren't at your sweet spot.  I am filled as far as my surgeon would allow and restriction for me i**** or miss.  Some days I know I feel it and others I wonder if I ever had surgery at all...fickle band.  :). Hang in there, just keep the band rules in the front of your mind and you'll make it!

Congrats to you!!  I am -10lbs since New Years Eve! I'm so excited! Got back into working out every other day, drink at least 72oz of water, eat between 6-8oz of protein and veggies. And no more frozen lattes! lol

Hi, I am trying my hardest to stick with it.  I lost one pound last week (weigh in on Sunday's).  I still need to cut down on portions and increase the duration of my exercising.  Keep checking up on us - I need it.  Thanks!

It is hard, isn't it?  I am still craving sweet stuff really bad!  Hang in there, if we keep chugging along we'll get there!  I keep trying to remind myself that this weight didn't come on over night so it certainly won't come off over night.  Today has been a bad day for me since we basically just lazed around the house all day.  When that happens I tend to eat out of boredom...sigh.  My plan for tomorrow is to stay busy!  You're doing great, keep it up!

I forgot to add a mini-success, I have cut out snacking after dinner. I feel better in the morning too!  Another mini-success, I allow myself a glass of wine on Sunday nights ONLY. No more dinner ****tails. Yes, it is hard - very hard. I love sweets but no cravings ****il that special time of the month)  One day at a time.  I need to also work on portion control.
