Hi Toni,
Glad to see you are getting back on track!!
While I wasn't "off track" so to speak, I did see the scale just not moving down. I had been finding hersheys kisses a regular treat -- did you realize that there are 27 calores in ONE hershey's kiss? I challenge anywhere here to tell me they can just eat one at a time!!! Happiness at not having had an extremely difficult holiday turned into frustration when like 8 pounds crept back on thanks to those kisses and other slider foods that found their way to my mouth. I was like, oh no you don't! I am NOWHERE near finished so I recommitted myself to doing my tracking and focusing on things that had become comfortable. So for me, my update:
Staying around 1200 calories a day, this works for me. That's 3 meals and 1 definite snack with the possiblity of another one if I find the time or space!
Exercising regularly. I am trying all the classes out at my gym. I went back to Group Power (weight lifting to music), I tried Group Kick (that might not be a good one for me, LOL), I am doing Group Groove (A Zumbaesque kind of class) and I will be doing Group Centergy (mixture of Pilates and Yoga) on Saturday. In addition I am also doing 30-60 minutes of cardio a day, but I am not just doing the elliptical anymore, I'm mixing up other machines.
I also upped my water intake, that has never been easy for me.
I managed to take off all 8 pounds in a mere 3 days. So, the real question would be, did I REALLY gain 8 pounds? Nope, no more then I REALLY lost 8 pounds. It was my body giving me a good ***** slap, that's all.
So, I had originally posted that I wanted to hit 100 pounds by Christmas Day. That just so did not happen. My goal now is to hit 100 pounds by January 29 which is my 10 month anniversary. This one I can confidently say I have in the bag!!!

Congrats on the loss!
I officially restarted on Monday 1/9, I originally got back on track a couple weeks ago but I blew it this past weekend and gained 6 lbs.
I have been trying to do high protein, low carb, 1/2-3/4 cup-4/5 times a day
I increased my water intake-I have been getting in around 65 oz on average a day of water.
I started exercising this week also, Sunday, Tuesday, then will tonight and Saturday after work, hopefully.
I have been craving sweets really bad the past couple of days..but I've been fighting the cravings. Sweets have always been my weakness.
I'm currently trying to not weigh myself everyday like I use to, I weighed and measured on Sunday 1/8, weighed in at 286, I'm hoping what I'm doing is working but I made a promise to myself not to weigh myself again until Sunday/Monday.
Thanks for sharing your update! Good Luck!!
