This is so individual -- that no one is going to have a real answer for you.
I have an 11cc band, and what is right for me today, is not even necessarily right for me tomorrow -- so, there is no way to know what is right for your anatomy.
16 pounds in 2 months is pretty good -- and about average, if a little above.
Weight loss with a band is about 1/2 - 2 pounds per week -- you are on the upper edge of that.
It is typically a slow, steady loss with banding.

Can't say it any better than Kath did! It's not " only " 16lbs. 16 is good! And restriction is a totally personal experience..

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
Ok I guess that did sound a little ungrateful. What I was trying to say was that I haven't lost any weight since I started back eating. That weight came from the liquid diet. I guess I was trying to see what the average number of fills it takes before you actually see any loss. I read some post and they are saying things like they have lost close to 40 just 2 months out. Post like that make me think that something is not going right. Thats why I was asking. I know my pouch is different than others. I just needed a litlle feedback. Thanks, I appreciate your comments.
40 would be incredibly unusual! Perhaps in someone very large indeed who had not lost any weight before the op and so had the first rapid weight loss to go.
It is really quite normal to stop losing for a while when you go back to normal foods.
Best wishes, Kate

One thing I have done since day 1 - almost 4 years now is track everything I eat online - www.fitday.com. Yes, it's time consuming BUT it keeps me honest and if I hit a plateau I can re-track my days and figure out that I have upped my carb intake or not eaten enough protein or just ate too many calories or fats.
Really examine how you're eating and see if there are some tweaks you can make. 16lbs is GREAT but if that was before you started eating solids - there might be some changes you can make that can get that scale moving!
Good Luck!
