Did that get your attention? :) Hello everyone I am very excited and i feel i should be I went for my 5th monthly visit and now I'm down to 268 to jump from 280 to 268 gave me a ru**** felt great to hear the nurse say that i kept saying what did you say i know she thought i was crazy. Per my insurance i have to lose 30 pounds in 6 months and this is month 5 and I'm down 29. It has not been easy. But I feel Truly Blessed.


PS...Has anyone other than my self ever noticed how food addictions and drug additions are very similar? Its almost scary.

Yeah, I have noticed the similarities between addictions. My band has given me a fighting chance to maintain my weight loss but it does nothing to help the addiction. That part is up to me. Good thing I knew that going in. You will be fine.
