Anyway, plateaus can - and usually do - happen along the WLS road, often more than once. My first one was about 2 months out from surgery when I lost a grand total of ONE pound for an entire month, while I was diligently following the rules and exercising 3x/week. To say I was pissed would be an understatement.
However, when the plateau broke, I lost (literally) 7 pounds overnight.
