feeling really dizzy

 not to get to graphic but I had surgery on friday and I have been dizzy and bloated .. I believe I am bloated due to lack of having a bowel movement.. is this all normal?

The bloat is from the gas they use to distend your abdomen so they can move around in there.  Get up and walk and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

I have been walking and took M.O.M to help move things along.. trying to drink more but dont think there is any more room.. But I will try and get more fluids in me TY

Probably!  I can't remember the details of my recovery, but anesthesia may take a few days to get out of your system.

I hope everything starts, um, moving for you if you catch my drift!    Walk-walk-walk, sip-sip-sip certainly cannot hurt at this stage.  Feel better!

walking as much as I can.. I get super dizzy and then break out in a sweat. I am hoping its just im full of well... and that maybe I am not hyydrated enough ..working on it.. TY for all your comments it all helps

You know what the dizziness and the sweating is from? The Vagus nerves in the diaphragm. It's a Vasovagal syncope reaction most likely from your abdomen being "blown out" with CO2 gas.

The anesthetic bungs things up, too, so make sure you take a big ole poop soon!

of course you should consult your surgeon ----- de-hydration can definitely lead to dizziness

sounds like you could possibly be dehydrated I had that problem and became dizzy and my bp went low.   Good luck & hope you feel better soon
