Nausea at night anyone?

I've been having the same problem. Sinus issues and it is definitely pooling for me....

Hope you get some relief soon!!

Sinus issues are fun!  Well, not really.  

I don't have nausea from it, but I do have a lot of sinus/drainage issues.  

I know I can go to bed and can breathe through my nose, but wake up with a stuffy head. Theupright during the day = drains well but horizontal at night = pooling kind of theory makes lots of sense to me too.

Since this is not the norm for you, maybe drinking more fluids might help thin the goo so it'll move more, er, freely?  In the States, we have Mucinex (guaifenesin) which thins that goo right up.  A decongestant is probably a good idea.

Hopefully it'll clear up quickly!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

 Very likely! I have horrible allergies, and this happend to me with my band and even now with my sleeve if it's a particularly bad day. Take a decongestant and try to drink a ton of water, if you have a recliner sleep in it! I hope you feel better soon!
