Nausea at night anyone?

Sinus issues are fun! Well, not really.
I don't have nausea from it, but I do have a lot of sinus/drainage issues.
I know I can go to bed and can breathe through my nose, but wake up with a stuffy head. Theupright during the day = drains well but horizontal at night = pooling kind of theory makes lots of sense to me too.
Since this is not the norm for you, maybe drinking more fluids might help thin the goo so it'll move more, er, freely? In the States, we have Mucinex (guaifenesin) which thins that goo right up. A decongestant is probably a good idea.
Hopefully it'll clear up quickly!
