Is this possible? I am not sure what why so soon. I am doing Turbo Jam exercise 3-4x aweek and I will give you an example of my diet intake consist of. If anyone has any suggestions I am open and Listening!

Hi Connie and welcome, This is just my opinion, I would skip the fill till you are eating more solid protein for breakfast, lunch and dinner . It doesnt look like you are eating enough calories to me. I will stall at times if I am not eating enough.

Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16

My opinion is that in the immediate post op period we consume so few calories and the weight just sort of melts off, but the further out we get....the more our bodies learn to hoard the extra calories we eventually start putting in it as we naturally heal from surgery ( any WLS ). I think once the body learns that we aren't trying to starve it then it will adjust and the weight loss will begin again...IDK just my 2 cents.

Why all the liquid calories? And are you eating enough? Especially with all that exercise.
But many peope have a brief stall a few weeks or months after starting out.. And you will have others as you go on.
