Support Group

I should be getting my surgery within the next few weeks (I should get a firm date next week) and my wife thinks I should go to a weekly support group to stay motivated.  Does anyone know if there is one around the Murfreesboro or Nashville, TN area?

I don't know if you will find a weekly group-I think most meet monthly. Your wife is right, a support group will be very helpfull, I really enjoy mine. Why don't you do a google search. Type in wls support group and your area. Hope this helps! Good luck on your impending surgery. Oh- if you haven't already, deffinatley ask at your surgeons office.

 Thanks, I did the search and found that Baptist Hospital in Nashville where I am getting my surgery done has one the second Thursday of every month. Ha-ha.  Guess I should have searched the Internet first.  Thanks!
