Does this sound like a slip?

 Those are symptoms of a slip, but they can also just mean you need an adjustment. Call your doctor and ask them what you should do. I would ask for an upper GI and possibly a small unfill at the same appointment.

I'm sorry that a band problem brought you back to OH, but it's good to see you again...and congrats on the baby!

The symptoms you describe are what I had when my band slipped. It was fixed by a complete unfill and 6 week rest period before starting to get re-filled. Like you, I was inbetween surgeons when it happened but the new surgeon's office gave me a next-day appointment with their NP because they understood the urgency. If you can't even get liquid down, you'll not only be miserable but dehydrated, and dehydration is serious. So I think you need to be extremely persistent and assertive about getting medical attention ASAP.
