Hello all,
I am excited. I have my date. I will have my Lapband surgery on October 20. It's hard to believe that it is around the corner. When I started the required 6 month insurance required supervised weight loss back in February it seem so far off. I have been a lurker on the board for awhile. However, I want to be more active. I hope everyone is having a good day.

Congrats on your surgery date . You are right it will be here before you know it and you are getting it done before the major holidays. !!

Thanks. I look forward to joining you all on the loser's bench. I have been stocking up on the things i will need for the liquid diet, which I begin on Oct 7. I might have went a little overboard on the chicken broth (30 cans). But it is better to have enough rather than not enough.
