Thanksgiving Exercise Challenge

The Challenge starts Monday. As of right now there are 5 people who have accepted my challenge to exercise at least 4 times a week. Can be any work out from walking to P90X and anything in between. The deal is that I'll post on Monday a reminder and then on Friday I'll post for those participating to post what they have done for the week and plan to do for the weekend. The idea is accountability so if on Friday you haven't let us know what you have done or are planning doing then I'll call you out on the thread. And I pray if I faultier that y'all will do the same to me. So, if you are interested just reply in this thread.

Here is what I've done this week:
Mon -  45 min elliptical
Tues - 35 min treadmill, 10 min weights
Wed - 30 min w/ personal trainer, 45 min elliptical
Thurs - 45 min treadmill
Friday - 30 min w/ personal trainer, 35 min elliptical

Tomorrow - 20 min treadmill, 35 min elliptical

I'll play along.

My schedule is fairly set:

Mon - off day
Tues - treadmill, 30 mins
Wed - strength training, 2 hours, cardio, 30 mins
Thur - strength training, 1 hour, cardio 1 hour
Fri -  2 hours weights, 30 mins cardio
Sat - 1 hour weights, 1 hour cardio
Sun - 2 hours strength training, 1 hour cardio
Highest weight - 224   Surgery weight - 201   Current weight - 155
Goal - (surgeon) 155; (personal) 138-bodyfat 20%
