So, since I'm kind of starting over I decided to start completely over. So, my dog and I did week 1 day 1 and it felt great. Just thought I'd share.

You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.

I want to do my first Susan Kohelman 5k on Oct 23.  My treadmill belt just started skipping (Grrrrr!)  As long as the weather holds up, I'll be out there pressing through just like you.

Keep up the good work!

we used to have a get moving challenge on here. Perhaps that should be resurrected.

I'm doing it with my Droid cell phone. I posted earlier today an exercise challenge you should join in.

I did the c25k last year, boy it was harder than I thought. But when I found I could actually run and not die, LOL, I felt very proud of myself. Good luck on it. It is a great accomplishment!
