Thanksgiving Get Moving Challenge
I challenge one and all to start an exercise program from this Monday the 19th to Thanksgiving Day. The exercise program should consist of at least 4 days of exercise a week. The idea is to be held accountable. If I say my work out is to do the Coach to 5k then I should post my work out the day I do it. and if you say you are gonna join this challenge and don't post for a few days expect an email or to be called out. So who's in!!
I'm in! Put me on the list and feel free to call me out! I'm excited about it now but I'm sure I'll need a kick in the butt down the road.
I just started a new regimine: 2 days a week a 1 hour session with a personal trainer, 2 days a week 1 hour Pilates Matt class and 2 days at Curves, 30 minutes each.
This is a great way to get yourself back in the game, LC!
