Thanksgiving Get Moving Challenge

I challenge one and all to start an exercise program from this Monday the 19th to Thanksgiving Day. The exercise program should consist of at least 4 days of  exercise a week. The idea is to be held accountable. If I say my work out is to do the Coach to 5k then I should post my work out the day I do it. and if you say you are gonna join this challenge and don't post for  a few days expect an email or to be called out. So who's in!!


You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.

I'm in!   Put me on the list and feel free to call me out!  I'm excited about it now but I'm sure I'll need a kick in the butt down the road.

I just started a new regimine:  2 days a week a 1 hour session with a personal trainer, 2 days a week 1 hour Pilates Matt class and 2 days at Curves, 30 minutes each.

This is a great way to get yourself back in the game, LC!

count me in my exercise will be atleast 5 days a week and i do all my exercise in the pool due to various orthopedic issues i am trying to walk atleast an hour and then work up to an hour and a half i am very excited about this challenge thank you for doing it

I'm in Lowcountry,

I pledge to workout at least 5 days per week.  The workouts will consistent of Basic Training and Extreme Aerobox.

I vow to work out 5x a week, consisting of treadmill, elliptical, weight training and Zumba.

Count me in & Call me out. I vow to excersice at the gym at least 3x during the week.  Plus 1hour of swiming within the same week. Shall we post after completion?
