HI dear,
actuallay I reached my target weight 2 months ago, but I have gained about 3 kg lately. I am going to have my band tightened on friday so as not to gain more weight.
I am happy for all those who are able to keep their weight stable . I don't know why hunger is controling me. I will do my best to reach my target weight again and I need your encouragement.
