weight gain after a week of steady loss

All week this week i have lost steady everyday, now today I weighed and i gained 1.1 lbs everytime i have a week of steady loss it seems like i always have a gain of a little weight back not as much as i lost and i am not complaining but i don't understand it. just wondering if anyone else experiences this?

Water? Hormone levels? Sodium? 1.1lbs really isn't anything to worry about. Your weight isn't going to be down everyday, maybe stop weighing yourself daily as you're not going to lose fat within a day, just doesn't happen. I've seen the scale shoot up 8lbs in a day. If the trend is generally downwards, I wouldn't worry over it.

Omg..dont weigh urself everyday! Ull drive urself nuts! I made that mistake too. Now I weigh myself only once a week..same day and time of day. Also take ur measurements. This will give u a more accurate picture of true weight loss.

Also if you know your period is coming I stay off the scales for a good two weeks or I try really really  hard to do that .

I just started today and when I did my weigh in I was up almost 8 pounds !!!    I put on tons of water weight during this time and well me craving salt dont help matters lmao .

But , I can gain anywhere from 2 pounds to 10 pounds a week before my period and it dont come back off till the day I'm completely done with it.

So during them times dont get upset and just stay off the scales you know the scales are going to go up , and there is nothing you can do about mother nature and what she does to your body :o)
