6 month check up

Hello Guys.. Its been awhile since I have dropped by to see everyone.. I went in today for my six month checkup and thought I would let everyone know how i have been doing.. I have lost a total of 85 lbs since I started my 6 month dietary program.. I have lost a total of 67 lbs since my surgery date.. I have gone from about a size 20-22 pants to a size 10.. and I feel better than I have in years.. I still have quite a few more lbs to lose, but now it seems more attainable than ever.. I hit a big stall over the last few months.. and it took me going to this appointment to see the big picture.. I did get a small fill today and currently have 4 cc's in a 10cc band.. I am super happy with my decision and would do it over in an instant!...Thanks for all the support!..You guys have been a life saver.. literally..

You are doing great, it has been almost 6 months since my surgery and I've lost 33 lbs.  I'm still exercising and following the diet and hoping to loose alot more in the next 6 months.  Congratulations to you....

It's been almost 7 months for me and 41 lbs, all post op.  You have done really great.  You must be so proud of yourself!  Keep up the good work.

My surgery is next week....thanks for the encouragement everyone!!  I can't wait to be where you are!
