Hi All,
Many of you requested to see photo's of Jean M.'s visit to Seattle so here you go!

For any of you who don't know, I "met" Jean on OH when I was a newbie almost 3 years ago. She was a great support and teacher and we became instant friends bonded by our love of dogs and writing. Since meeting, Jean has visited me 3 times in Seattle and this visit coencided with the OH Conference. We had a great, fun packed, visit and even met a few other OH friends!

I encourage all of you to reach out to someone you "click" with on OH. I started an entire support group from other bandsters living near by and now 10-15 of us meet monthly to share our successes, learn about living the banded life and laugh a lot! We have developed deep bonds and great friendships!

I'm sooo grateful for OH and my band for introducing me to so many wonderful new friends!

Lisa,

As you know, I've met dozens of bandsters both online and in person thanks to OH, and the friendships that resulted have been unexpected gifts that have been a huge help to my weight loss success and personal happiness.

Especially my friendship with you. And your dogs. And your hubby. And...dare I say it? My heart-throb: your dad, who loves my pimento cheese and black-eyed peas.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Oh stop your whining! We actually talked seriously about coming to see you next summer instead of Jean coming hear again. I want to do some traveling too! DH wants to come with us and then spend some time in Ireland. Now if the stock market would stop giving me a heart attack!

Anyway, be careful what you ask for...
