Hi Renea- My mother in law did the HCG diet for months and lost about 50 pounds. She looks great. I don't have it in me for that one. I think yoiu are right about the fill- I am eating much better now than when I have 7.5ccs. THANKS!

I have no science to support this, and I know many others have not had the same experience, but my restriction after having an unfill and starting over again has never been the same as it was when I was only getting filled and before my unfill.

I don't know if the psychology changed, or the physiology changed, but I haven't been able to get back to the feeling of satiety without having reflux or pain.

My guess would be that you might need a small fill, but if what you are saying is accurate in terms of the amount that you can comfortably eat, then technically you are at the right spot for success.

So bottom line, I am no help at all.

This IS a help Judy. I had 2.5 MORE ccs before and this is what I felt. My doc thinks I'm crazy. Incidentally, he doesn't believe me that I feel tighter on some days and looser on others. He says it's impossible." Well, I told him to come here and READ.

To everyone else *****sponded- thank you so much for contributing. I am going to reduce the calories and see what happens. I really thought it was going to be a bit easier than this...

My advice would be hold off on the fill and cut your calorie intake. I think most do around 1200 calories a day, myself I have to go lower to under 1000 to get any loss. When you've had such severe vomiting issues it's always better to stay on the loose side. Good luck!

I'm only 6 1/2 half months out, but a slow loser who got some advice from a OH vet.  She suggested I increase my fiber.  Since I had a few slight issues occasionally in the fiber area, I thought I'd try it and got some fiber gummies and Benifib*r for my coffee.  Both really worked.  They are now a part of my daily routine.  She said it also worked for her, and now she's below goal.
