Abusing the band

Hi Everyone:

Am new to this website! I am considering the band and our insurance will not cover it! Please help with the decision!

Is it worth getting or should I pass it on?

How about financing? Have any of you done this?

Ginger, you should probably start a new thread with your questions.. it will get lots more responses that way.

I think Bette/Betty(sorry) hit the nail on the head for me when she said, "lost the thrill".  I think I've lost the thrill.(along with the stress of losing two siblings this year)

I think my question would be how do you get the thrill back? I think I will start a new topic on this.

 Yes I too have lost the thrill, but also I can sabatage myself and GAIN weight. You would think after 6 years, I would get it. But NOOOO, I need this band in place, slowing me down, controlling my portions, and reminding me eating healthy is important.
