What are we eating today (Wednesday)
B: Was supposed to be egg & 1/4 cup egg white scrambled with spinach, mushrooms, bacon bits, etc. After getting half of it down.. it started refunding. dang it. no idea why.. i can usually eat eggs cooked with veggies. no recent fill, no stress, not menstrual.. ::shrug::
2nd B: 1/2 scoop lemonade syntrax in 16oz lemon cyrstal light with 1/2 cup raspberries & 4 ice cubes.
post workout: jack links teriyaki jerky snack pack.
Lunch: 3oz smoked pork, 1/2 cup broccoli, 2 T bullseye BBQ sauce.
Preworkout: Dr. Kracker & laughing cow (probably.. haven't had it yet) I'd like to have an apple & string cheese, but with refunding this am.. I think it might be a better choice to have the cracker. Apples are a little *****allenging on easy days.. lol.
Supper: 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over 1/2 cup shredded zucchini. 1 T. Parmesan cheese.
Bedtime: 1/2 pure protein bar
Water: 80oz +

10am Boot Camp: 300 cal, HR 170
4:30pm Body Pump: 226 cal, HR 130
5:30 pm RPM: 271 cal, HR 170
6:20pm Kick: class was too full... oh well.
Breakfast: 3oz chicken salad and 3/4c watermelon
Snack: Light Cheese Stick post workout
Lunch: Chicken wrap-1 chicken breast, 1/4 Lavash bread, slice of RF Colby Jack
Dinner: Leftover White Chicken Chili
Snack: 1/2 c strawberries with 2 tablespoons SF cool whip(if I need it later)
Workout- my version of water aerobics-got in 35 minutes before it started to rain probably going to try for another half hour later this evening. I sooooo need to invest in a HRM but I have to wait til I start getting paid again!!!

L: Salad with Grilled Chicken
S: Iced Coffee with Soy Milk
D: More chicken and Salad and a scoop of baked beans
W: 40 minute jog on the treadmill. My body is aching after pulling weeds in the garden for so long yesterday!

Breakfast: Fiber one cereal w/almond milk 40 cal
Lunch: We are having a luncheon Famous Dave so BBQ food.. pulled pork no bun and bakes beans .. few bites of coleslaw
Dinner: Chicken and Risotto 1/4 cup .. strawberries for dessert
Snack: A few strawberries they need to be eaten lol
Water Water Water .. Gym tonight 60 min not sure..make incline walking .. I did the stair climber yesterday 37 floors my legs are burning today!!
