I've not heard the term "mommy button" before, but as I have to strongly suppress my tendency to mother people IRL, I can kinda guess what's going on. (at least I recognize and try to control my tendency.. hehe)

Like Kate, I don't want to participate (at least not at the present time), but I like to keep myself informed of everything.. good & bad .. about the band (and sleeve too as that would be my 2nd choice).

Exactly for the reasons Nicci stated. We went private because NaTwotWaffle was mommy buttoning the threads over there because she said ,
