I went shopping for some new clothes for our trip to Alabama. Well I didn't know what size to buy cause I wear scubs for work. I am a size 18. That feels good. I went from a 26 to an 18. I always felt really bad when I would look for new clothes. That just gave me new hope.

Fitting into smaller clothes is such a great feeling. I think it's as good as, if not better than, the scale going down. Keep it up!
