B 0% greek yogurt
L Protein Shake
D Ricotta Bake
S Applesauce with protein powder
I WANT TO CHHHHHEW something so bad! However, I have lost 10lbs in one week, so thats pretty awesome. I hope I don't put it all back on when I can eat solids again.
