Hi!

I'm 1 week post op :)

B 0% greek yogurt
L Protein Shake
D Ricotta Bake
S Applesauce with protein powder


I WANT TO CHHHHHEW something so bad! However, I have lost 10lbs in one week, so thats pretty awesome. I hope I don't put it all back on when I can eat solids again.



I'm on my way!

I chewed a lot of SF popsicles - it helped satisfy the desire to chew and added to my fluid intake.

Early: coffee with creamer
Breakfast: egg, bacon, biscuit, 1T gravey
Snack: Atkins protein bar
Curves Zumba
Lunch: cottage cheese and cucumber
Curves Zumba
Dinner: Stuffed salmon, potatoes and squash with onions and bell peppers
Snack: Activia yogurt and babybell cheese
