Ginger relish?! Ooooh, I want to hear more about that. Like a recipe, or where you buy it.

LOL!  I know.  When I asked the surgeons why they would pick a building where there is a food on the 1st floor, they responded, well at least its the healthiest of the fast food chains!  True but NOT when the chips and guacamole call my name... LOL!

LOL yes this is true.  I can avoid the guacamole...  I prefer cheese and sour cream on my chips. LOL

It's not in my surgeons office but in my Ob/Gyn's building on the bottom floor is a Five Guys Burgers and Fries.  For those not familiar with the chain, they make huge really great burgers and put all kinds of stuff on them. Then they have handcut fries that they serve in a cup and the whole thing comes in a paper bag.  When they are ready to serve the food they toss in a couple of handfuls of fries into the top of the bag.  You end up with this greasy bag of amazing fries, and a burger to die for.  Yup, haven't eaten there since the surgery!!

B:  GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 6 ounces milk, 2 tbsp. PB2

S:  1/4 cup strawberries (they filled me up very quickly and left me a tad uncomfortable)

L:  3 Trader Joe turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella melted on top

D:  3 ounce Salmon, 1/2 cup broccoli

I also have planned 4 grains first crackers, 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese and  a package of the Blue Diamond 100 calorie pack almonds.  It's about 11:30 now and I'm not feeling getting those in today.  We'll see.
