I am four months out and starting to fall back into my old habits of emotional eating on weekends. I don't have a lot of restriction yet, so I can eat almost any food.

I had lost 26 pounds and 15 inches in four months....grazing has added 5 pounds. YIPES. I am in a panic mode. I joined ZUMBA classes last  week. I walk everyday, 30 minutes and I work out with a trainer two days a week.

Any suggestions to get back on track?

emotional eating is the hardest to deal with.   Even when you get restriction it wont go away you can still eat around it so it dont matter if you have nothing in your band or the most saline ever in your band there are still ways to eat around it and trust me you will find the foods that you can do that with .

You need to find out why you eat so much on the weekends and why weekends are so hard on you .

I wish the band can help with the emotional eating, the head hunger but it dont .

That's great your excersising! Keep that up for sure. Gradually increase the duration/intensity of your workouts. Can you do your trainer 3 or 4 days a week, I know they are expensive.
As far as your weekends, what about them causes you to eat things /amounts you shouldn't? Do you have too much time on your hands? Do you have more temptation in front of you than during the week? I think you need to isolate the problem, do you can correct it. Hopefully you will get some restriction soon. Hope this helps, you can do it!

The thing that worked for me, was first I told myself that from now on when I'm stressed I don't want to eat, I want to work out. And every time I got stressed I did extra gym time, while I was working out I thought about what ever was stressing me (my abs were NOT impressed since they took most of the abuse) but interestingly over time I have retrained my brain to crave workout instead of food when stressed. :)  Hope it helps

just keep swimming,
