Please oh please be SUNNY this morning so I can get 18 holes in before noon!!!  I just bought the cutest white golf mini-skirt & bright pink polo shirt with white addidas symbol to match and really want to wear it.  Remember how UGLY women's golf clothes used to be?  EGADS!  lol

Early:  BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 1 pump SF Raspberry Syrup, 1 pump SF White Chocolate Syrup, 3/4c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice

B:  2 Egglands Best scrambled eggs, 2T shredded Cheddar Cheese, few drops of SF hot wing sauce, 2 Veggie Sausage Patties

S: 4 Strawberries & Babybel Cheese Wheel with 10 BBQ Soy Crisps (easy snack on the course)

L:
3oz Leftover Grilled Salmon Skewer, 2T Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce, sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

S: 2 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, 2 slices Peppered Turkey, 1/2c LF Cottage Cheese with salt/pepper


D: 1 Veggie Patty on the barbie, 1 slice Pepperjack Cheese, 1/2 of a avocado (mashed with Garlic Salt &
1T Plain Greek Yogurt), 2T Trader Joe's Medium Salsa

Dessert: Not sure but my son is asking me to make another batch of protein ice cream (this time he wants mint with SF chocolate chips)...he usually gets what he wants, just sayin'.  LOL

Looking kind of cloudy here in NY.  Hope the sun will come out here as well.

Early - Coffee w/ splenda & FF Half & Half

Breakfast - Plain Greek Yogurt w/ SF Vanilla Syrup
                Strawberries for dipping 

Lunch - 2 Soft Tacos - Trader Joe's Carnitas pulled pork
                                 low carb tortillas
                                 Trader Joe's Guacamole Hummus (yummm...)
                                 fresh salsa
                                 dollup of plain Greek yogurt
                                 sprinkle of shredded cheddar

Dinner - not sure yet.  I think the BF is taking me out to dinner.  Will try and shoot for some fish.

No gym today.  Working ALL day long.  My trainer will kick my butt tomorrow for sure.

OMG I die for TJ'd guac hummus.  What kind of work do you do Barbara that requires Sunday shifts?  Are you a nurse?  Have a wonderful day and enjoy dinner with the BF if you go that route tonight. :)

I'm a musician and I work at a church.  So, obviously, Sunday is a big day for me - lol.

D I am going to grill some fish and try it.  I have never liked fish but hoping my taste has changes.  If not it will be chicken with squash

 I haven't gotten past my coffee yet - but do need to have a protein shake pretty soon
Breakfast is alway 1/2 c slow cooked oats with 1/2 c egg whites & 1/2 c water, 1 tb almond butter and a tsp of sugar free vanilla pudding - microwave for 1 min - tastes like the sugary version of instant oats

I was bad and totally didn't plan my Sunday past breakfast which sets me up for mindless kitchen wandering and eventual bad choice - I admit it - it happens every time I don't plan. But glad I read your posts so I can at least have some Mindful wandering and make good choices.

Also PROTEIN ICECREAM - PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THIS!!!!

I totally am the same way - no meal/snack plan = BAD day of eating.  Period.  It allows me too much freedom to make hasty, hungry decisions.  So I simply don't do it.

Here is the link for protein ice cream recipes (you do need an ice cream maker though...best $50 I've EVER spent...run, don't walk and get one NOW lol) which is a staple in my household.  Even my son prefers my homemade ice cream and he has no idea it is "healthy."  I have stepped outside the box now too with the basic recipe so I create whatever flavor I want (newest fave is Pina Colada w/Vanilla Protein Powder, Sugar-Free Pineapple Syrup & Sugar-Free Coconut Syrup - GUH).

 I shall grab that ice cream maker - if your eating it it must be good for you - i will have to check with my trainer on how/when I can eat it - im going in season soon and will be on a very very strict competition diet generally with no dairy at all.  Hopefully the link has recipes and nutritional info if not Im gonna hit ya back up!  AND WOW 5'7 and 119 lbs!! Wonderful!!!  I stay around 150 but have a lean body weight of 124 lbs as of last week anyway - preseason I run between 18-22% body fat - in season around 10% - my competition weight goal this year is 135 and keep my lean mass @ 124
You are simply beautiful!!  I will be in LA and SD during xmas this year - we should round up a bunch of losers and have a party!

I tried accessing the link for the Protein Ice Cream,  and got an error.  It says that blogger doesn't exist.  Do you have any other links?  Or can you post the recipie?
