HAPPY WEEKEND! What are YOU eating this Saturday??
I started my day with 64oz of water at the gym... (80 minutes done - 3 mile run, then upper body training)
came home and had 2 cups of coffee.
Just finished lunch.. Subway kids meal - turkey breast, white american and 2 strips of bacon on whole wheat. I also tried their new 180 calorie per bowl Broccoli Cheese Soup. Pretty tasty.
Not sure about dinner. Going to meet some friends where alcohol will most definitely be involved. I'm thinking chips/salsa/queso and some beers. I'm going to allow myself ONE Margarita.
Enjoy your Saturday Bandsters!

Hey Jaclyn, we only live about 3 hrs apart. I live in southeast MO.
I finally feel like I am back on track....got my brain under control...lol! Since Monday I have lost 8 lbs. I am trying really hard. It helps to have an incentive! We are leaving for Disney World and the beach @ Clearwater in less that 3 weeks!
Early: fruit punch Spark
Breakfast: Beverly vanilla protein shake made with water and 1 tsp peanut butter (can't wait for my netrition order to get here Tuesday...I have tons of syrups and other goodies coming.)
Lunch: 1 slice American cheese, 10 Old Wisconsin turkey bites with some spicy mustard to dip them in
Snack: 1 sugar free Jello chocolate pudding
Dinner: not really sure yet...probably left over turkey chili with 1 T greek yogurt and a slice of provel cheese and a couple of crackers.
Dessert: fresh sliced strawberries and fat free cool whip
sipping on lots of water all day!

Hi Jaclyn! Have fun tonight meeting with your friends. Have you tried Subway's Chicken Noodle Soup? It's pretty darn good and I get a half avocado sliced into it for extra healthy fat (is that an oxymoron or what? lol). :)
Dad's B-day is finally here. His band (a 4-piece variety band...50's - 80's music) is playing at the restaurant where we're having his dinner party. So we get to watch them play for a couple of hours first. So excited! All of my family will be there and some of our close family friends. :)
Early: BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 2T PB2, 1 pump SF Peanut Butter Syrup, 1 pump SF Strawberry Syrup (tasted like a PB&J sandwich lol), 3/4c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice
B: 2 Egglands Best scrambled eggs, 2T shredded Pepperjack Cheese, 1T Pico de Gallo, 1/5th of an avocado (mashed), few drops of SF hot wing sauce (turned out super spicy & delish!), 1.5 Veggie Sausage Patties
S: 1 small banana, sliced in half with 2T Better'n Peanut Butter, 1T Sugar Free Honey on top
L: Small Greek Salad with Extra Feta Cheese (I was still kinda full from breakfast and snack)
S: 2 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, 2 slices Peppered Turkey, 1T SF BBQ Sauce, 4 Strawberries w/Sweet-n-Low
D: 3oz Grilled Salmon, 2T Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce, 1/4c steamed seasonal veggies, splash of low-sodium soy sauce
Dessert: A few bites of whatever dessert we order for my Dad's birthday :)
