Slip sliding
I slipped (or jumped) off plan for about two hours. Nothing terrible but it doesn’t make my body feel good so I’m refocusing:
I am:
Sleepy
Hot
Thirsty
Relaxed
My focus:
FLUIDS
My room unpacked and decorated
Treadmill
A nap :)
I've an article due this evening, so I'm going to take some time to finish that off, but, all in all, it's a slow day.

So hard to get used to not "using food" as a coping mechanism. I ate a bowl of cereal the other evening over a stressed out work situation. Realised why and that I was upset. Took action to take care of the situation and then felt much better---and the urge to eat left me.
