me before- a week before my surgery (Feb. 10, 2011)
after- 4 months later (down 73 lbs.)
I had to be on a 6 month insurance dr. thing and lost 10 lbs. Then I lost 13 during the pre-diet so actually its been 50 in 4 months since surgery. I have slowed down A LOT and go in to the dr. tomorrow for my 2nd fill.
I walk for about 50 min. 5 or 6 days a week. I was going to the Y too 3 days a week but cut that out when baseball season started for my son. I'm sure not going to the gym is part of the reason why my weight lose has slowed too.
My dr. says the max calories a day is 800 while you are trying to lose. I know this is lot less than what I see on this site but I get about 700-800 a day and I'm good. I try my hardest to not snack but if I do, its veg. or a 100 calorie bag of something. My meals consist of protein (tuna, lots of chicken, salmon, Greek yogurt, eggs).
