Early: Coffee
Breakfast: BBQ pulled chicken from TJ
Snack: The same - my office closes at 2 so we have no actual lunch break today
Snack: maybe a yogurt

I'm on the fence about going out tonight... so we will see.. I also have a Go Lean protein bar in my purse. I might grab something like a Wendys chili from the drive through after picking my mom from the doctors off then head out to meet some friends.

Today was week 2 of my 12 summer challenge and I'm down 7.8 but alot of that was water weight so I need to keep up my efforts.. killing it at the gym this week for sure :)

Early - Coffee w/Splenda & FF Half & Half

Breakfast - Choc PB Protein Shake (Gold Standard) with Almond Milk 

Lunch - 2 Pulled Pork soft tacos
                                    TJ pulled pork
                                    fresh salsa
                                    TJ guacamole/hummus (OMG sooo good!!!)
                                    plain Greek yogurt
                                    sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese
                                    low carb WW tortillas

Dinner - Hungarian Goulash (beef cubes, tomato sauce, celery, onions,                          carrots), spinach salad

Gym - 5 min rowing machine
          5 min elliptical (still sore from my trainer)

Hey Lis! Congrats on the 8 lbs girl!  I know you have been working really diligently so, yay! Have fun tonight if you end up going out.

I ordered my Dad this amazing deal from Omaha Steaks for his 75th B-day/Father's Day combined (Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin, Pork Loin Chops, Chicken Breasts, Sirloin Burgers, and Twice-Baked Potatoes - 4 of each item for $49.99!!!!  WHAT?).  The bonus is that I get to go over and cook them for him when he wants so 1) yummy and 2) more time to spend with him.  It's a win-win.  I just love that guy - hate that he has to grow old so birthdays are bitter sweet, ya know?

Early:  BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Whipped Vanilla Creme), 2T PB2, 2 pumps SF Pineapple Syrup, 1 pump SF Coconut Syrup (tasted like a Pina Colada!), 3/4c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 2T Fiber Sprinkles, ice

B:  1c Hi-Low Protein Cereal
(Vanilla Almond flavor), 1c Silk Pure Almond Milk, 1T Sugar Free Honey

S:
2 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, 2 slices Peppered Turkey, 1T Dijon Mustard, 2 Strawberries

L:
1c Slow-Cooker Tuscan White Bean Garlic Soup, small Greek Salad with extra Feta Cheese, 1/4 Toasted Lavash Wrap drizzled with olive oil

S: 1 small banana, sliced in half with 2T Better'n Peanut Butter, 1T Sugar Free Honey on top

D: 3oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2oz mashed avocado, 1/8c shredded cheddar, 1T white sauce, 2T salsa on a bed of 1/2c shredded green leaf lettuce

Dessert:
1/2c Strawberry-Peach-White Chocolate Protein Ice Cream (last scoop - my son ate most of the batch last night but I can't complain when its actually GOOD for the kid LOL), dollop of whipped cream, 2 sliced strawberries

Breakfast  Egg/ Cheese muffin

Lunch   grilled turkey sausage with pepper jack cheese in them.

Dinner  I think steaks , baked potato and green beans


No exercise today  going to be lazy the next three days .

I love them Johnsonville turkey sausages .  I found out that I can eat two of them for a cup of food ( measured to be on the safe side since it was a new item to eat ) and it has 20 grams of protein (10 grams of protein each !!) But man oh man are they high in sodium !!! wow wee .  those wont be every day meals jeesh .   Lots and lots of cherry limeade to drink today to flush that out of me .

It's just so hot out there today keeping things very simple today

HOORAY ON THE 8lbs!!!!!!!!!!!  WHAT WHAT!!    

Early:  Venti Bold with 2 pumps SF cinnamon syrup and 2 tbsp half and half

Breakfast: Dannon light and fit vanilla, 1/2 sliced banana and 1/4 cup cinnamon granola

Lunch: 2 crunchy tacos @ Qdoba - 1 chicken, 1 pork

Snack: 1/2 lemon poppyseed muffin.

Dinner: SUSHI!!! Date night with the hubbs. 

No gym for me tonight.

Man these kids are keeping me busy and it has only been 3 days of summer break!  I hardly have time to check my emails now! 

Early: Coffe
B: chobani vanilla yogurt with a 1/2 banana and sprinkle of granola on top
L: tossed salad
S: other 1/2 of my banana with 1 tsp of PB and a peach I shared with one of my kids
D: not sure, but I def need some protein....thinking about panang curry with tofu from my fav thai place.  YUMMY!

Workout:  I went on a walk with 7 kids (pushing 2 in the stroller), played badminton, 4 sqaure and football, and then cut grass.  I think that is all the exercising I am getting in today.  It may not have been "real" exercise, but it was fun!  I definately couldn't play like that before my band :)  Have a great weekend!
